I got charged with assult and battery twice and attempted mugging for stunning the bard... once. He never fled and it only lasted a couple rounds. This right?

If you used any skills/spells without being in melee with him, (IE: C major while you are not in melee with him), each of them will count as a seperate crime.

I was in melee with him with a whip from the second row.

Did you do sing <chord>?

Or did you do sing <chord> <target>?

If the latter, then each is still a seperate crime.

Hrmm not quite sure. That is still a bit messed up is it not? Couldn't something like this be fixed, I mean the fact that the way you target the spell has bearing on the crime is strange to me at least.

Dulrik is aware of this. Whether he is putting in effor to fix it is another story.

And without seeing the battle log, we really can't determine if this was a bug or not.
