It only seems to take 1% pe per round, yet I stop dancing at 11% and singing at 10%.

Thats lame, why? I can still walk with 10% left even if the occasion calls for walking to take 6% pe.

It was done on purpose to prevent you accidentally gimping yourself and becoming unable to flee if things go bad. Still lame?
