Attempted murder is no more than a day in jail, BIG DEAL!!!

The bug being fixed, THAT is something to worry about.

I've been having problems with my fire elemental going ape [REDACTED] on random things.

For example, the other day I was helping someone test their resistances, I cast cone of cold into a room north of me and hit them. They then walked into the room with me and I never ordered or made another move against them, my fire elemental just went crazy and started attacking them.

I've also been resting in rooms and just for no reason I've seen my elemental start killing things....this is wierd.

Just another bug creeping in since it has been like forever since we've had a reboot or crash.

...

Are you basing that off any knowledge of the code of the game, or that just wild speculation combined with a desire to see the MUD reboot/crash?

No, just my knowledge of network systems in general. The stability of any system degrades over time, especially one as widespread as SK.

I take it your mail servers start attacking random people if they haven't gotten their weekly reboot?
