After casting blindness on myself. Wouldn't it make sense that spells you cast on yourself don't increase your pulse, at least not unless they do damage?

c dispel self is such an example code wise and it's offensive, hits yourself, deals no damage.

I say he is because he is being a twink. To get better at a skill by using it on himself. It would be me practicing a harming spell on myself so that I can practice it.

It would also be a way to test enchanted armor, to see how well you have protected yourself against being malidicted.
