I have a character i was experimenting with, he's intitiate. I have about 6 crimes in nerina. A bounty NPC spawned on me in chibunei and I fled from it for a ways, went to mode stun and turned auto surrender so that I would surrender. The griffon just flat out killed me. There was no stunning and no arrest. Shouldn't it have arrested a surrendering party? |

Maybe after fleeing, the NPC will go aggro on you, and stay that way. Either that or it could be a bug. |

I saw something in the Empire that was similar and I found curious. A bounty NPC stunned me, took some of my stuff, my arm, didn't arrest me, and I was still wanted. It seemed very strange that it would do everything except arrest me. |

I think once you engage the law NPC whether by your own attacking it, or it attacking you, you can't surrender to that one, that it becomes hostile toward you as any other NPC would. I seem to remember this coming up before, and the solution was to turn on your surrender and then find another law NPC to surrender to. |

Since you were at Chibunei, did you flee outside the zhenshi flagged area? The NPCs can't arrest you outside of their territory so usually they'll just kill/stun you and walk away. Could be worse, a necrophidius could have poisoned you, then arrest you (taking all your stuff in the process) and leave you to die in jail. But yes still seems like an annoying bug. |
