Sent a log to Dulrik this eve, but I may have it sorted. When stunned by a NPC, you are incapacitated. When you are parched (or likely starving) and don't have endurance, you will not have a means to recover health to a point above 0. You will become stuck in limbo. Thus, to handle the bug. do one of the following Players: eat and drink regularly. Coders: a) code tweak a calculation 1 tick post stun to set hit points to 1. b) acknowledge critical incapacitation, make recovery 2-3 ticks with some funky pecho messages c) player's fault for fighting on an empty tummy, %age chance of a, b, or death. Go ahead and put in the death by starvation message. |

message. And how about us who are in the middle of RP with an Imm or something importand? Say "Wait a sec i am hungry" c "create food" eat cheese and then continue? |

About the only 2 things you can do are use your group channel (if you have such) and pray. |

I made some tweaks to fix this, but I've gotten another bug report about it since then. I'll just have to try to catch someone in that state when I'm online. Send up a prayer if it happens to you. |
