I can understand if immunities have changed, but this was truely the odd part:

Quote:
You wake, and sit up.
You shiver and suffer.
Luckily, you are immune to that.

Apparently not so immune?

This seems rather odd. Has it happened often? Or did I miss an update along the way somewhere?

Thanks.[/quote]

This has been with us for quite some time now, if you're playing a griffon as I suspect.

It's a side-effect of making griffons vulnerable to poison gas, so they aren't overpowered against CRS guardians. Griffons are only completely immune to poison below their level.

That doesn't just include poison gas damage, but also the poison status effect from venomous creatures. Griffons don't take any damage from the poison status, but they can't rest or sleep normally either. (That's long been the standard for already-poisoned griffons, since otherwise Polymorph would double as a Cure Poison spell.)

It's rather annoying when levelling, when characters are always attacking creatures above their level. But unless Dulrik chooses to change the code, the sensible solution is to not attack poisonous monsters without Cure Poison handy, just like other races.

No-one is completely immune.
