Before a gnarled wooden archway made of cypress
Standing in front of you is a massive gateless archway made of cypress
gathered from the nearby swamps. Its gnarled and tangled surface seems to
mostly be formed from the knees and limbs of the tree rather than the actual
base giving it a stringy and overall weak look. A distinctly faded line is
immediately noticeable about halfway up the wood, most likely from swamp
flooding. The wooden wall continues to the east and the west while
stonework can be seen beyond the immense archway.
A full moon hangs in the sky. It's partly cloudy, hot, and breezy.

Before a large rickety wooden wall with vines intertwined
Weakened by prolonged submersion in the murky waters of the surrounding
swamp, this cypress wall looks to be more for show than actual use as a
defensive position. Thick dark vines entwine their way through the gaps and
holes in the structure giving it a surprising amount of its structural
integrity, without which it might not stand at all. The surrounding ground
is still completely damp despite the apparent receding of the flood water.
Various muddy footprints and markings litter the ground from the new found
traffic treading through the area.

I trip the player behind the horse. Somehow mid-fight when the person stands they just WALK away. And now my minotaur is left fighting the horse that was in front of said player, and so I go w to follow to the player, and somehow the minotaur comes RIGHT along, despite the fact it was JUST fighting the horse.

So...uh...yeah, what happened?

She was only being hit, not hitting. So, because she basically just stood behind a mount being pummeled - she could walk away, as if people were only hitting her mount. Like a rogue or a sorc being hit. Same thing goes for the minotaur, it was only being hit, not hitting.

The game only thinks you are engaged in combat when both parts are active. Might be considered a "bug", but really not worth looking into, in my oppinion.
