I am not 100% sure if this is a bug or not, but I would be grateful for your thoughts.

I had an odd thing happen to me while fighting Beethiok:

After this, I noticed my STR was different (carrying weight):

I had an imm check it out and they tried to reset my stats, nothing changed. I have age ticked, but this doesn't explain this:

While wearing all my equipment I can still do this:

So, If I am aged ticked and at max str I should not be able to train Str, which I can do with or without my equipment. If this isn't a bug, could someone please explain what is happening.
Does losing an arm effect your Str? I did get one severed (the items I lost due to this had no STR enchantments), perhaps when it was regened I did not get my full strength back.

Any ideas?

It doesn't matter if you can train in it. It only matters after you ask the guy if you want train in it.

No, if a stat is maxed a stat trainer will not even offer it.

Your strength and dex are not max. When you use a stat mod to max out a stat it is still offered to be trained.

You can get to 0% HP due to rounding. If you are under 1/2 a % your display is shown as 0%.

If you have lost a level recently it could be that you lost a stat you thought you had maxed out. Then trained it else where.
