Top of a waterfall
The waterfall quickly moves south and pours down into the river below.
To the north the river pours in quickly and only a hardened swimmer would go
that way. The water is cool and refreshing as you put your hand into it.
Light from the surface world peeks in from outside this cavern. One large
rock in the middle of the river seems your only safe place to stand. There
is also a small opening to the east leading to a darker cave.

The waterfall opens up to the light of the surface outside.
A bloated body of a drowned dwarf has stuck itself up against the rock.
