What is the reasoning behind making numerous store bought items (weapons in particular) death rot? |

Sometimes its a builder trying to keep an item from being hoarded. Depends on the item. I would use death-rot on store bought item that I considered especially powerful. A certain wand sold in Ch'zzrym for example. A |

Ok thanks. I'm surprised to see a cold iron reach weapon do that then but then again, cold iron may be more powerful than what I am giving it credit for. |
