As I understand this was a bug that was addressed, however it seems that it still exists. I noticed I dont get revealed if I'm looking at PCs, but it seems that I'm still revealed if I look at an NPC. Well, either that or there is a save roll to see if you'll be revealed when looking at someone. Quote: -> l spy

I thought you only stepped out of the shadows when they were detecting hidden. I thought that was a feature not a bug... |

That makes no sense. If you can detect hidden then you should be able to see the person looking at whoever they're looking at, but it shouldn't make them step out so everyone can see. |

Hide is [REDACTED]. One shouldn't step out of the shadows for doing a vast majority of the things they do. |

Are you GM? I think looking at higher level NPCs has something to do with it, e.g. looking at a higher level NPC makes you step out of the shadows. |

That still shouldn't happen. If it's intentional, then invis people should become visible while looking, and so should camouflaged people. Which isn't to say that I want that added, it's to point out how ridiculous it is that you become visible when hiding during certain tasks, such as simply looking at someone. It shouldn't matter their lvl or what they're detecting. That's like saying I stepped out of the shadows because I was looking at a giant vs a sprite. How idiotic. |
