You stop resting, and stand up.

You run north.

The Crossroads Inn
Dozens of lanterns hang from the carved wooden columns that support the
weight of the inn overhead, giving the surrounding area an inviting glow of
comfort. The ceiling overhead has been carved with images of the various
races of Pyrathia and then painted to give them an almost life-like
appearance. The floor below is hardly visible beneath the scattering of
sawdust, but seems to be made of a red marble swirled with white. Heavy
wooden tables and chairs are scattered liberally around the Inn, leaving
plenty of room for people to sit.
There is a large staircase here, which spirals upwards toward the second
floor. The archway to the stairway is polished mahogany, which has been
carved and inlaid with bits of gold to accentuate the detail that has been
set into it.

A shady deep-elf, shrouded in a heavy cloak, sits nearby.
A giant woman with long hair is sitting here conversing loudly with others.

A shady male deep-elf grins at you.
A shady male deep-elf says to you 'Say, you killed Jahrney, didn't you? That made my day when I heard about it! I'd love to get my hands on that infernal wooden rat rack of his...'

From what I understand: He didn't trip you from range, it's just 'delayed' displaying of what happened. A few other things do this similarly.

Pfft. Clearly, he was fighting Dhalsim, and didn't block the elongating leg sweep.

I remember this with bash too. You can bash someone who manages to leave the room and gets bashed alone in the next room.

What I have noticed with trip is that you can't trip when your pet (which is out of the group) has started the fight and you are in no group. It says "someone is in front of you". :o The funny thing is that players have told me it's normal and it has been always like this. It's easy to save a log, I will post once soon.

All warlocks using fireball should be forced to have that echo when they cast.

Shinkuu Hadouken!

Okay, I am actually considering pulling out my ancient SNS, which has almost entirely fallen apart, to play the game, although I've completed it uncountable times. Something is very wrong with me.

Hadouken.

That word has so much power in it that its just ... Perfect.

Hadouken.

Seriously, simply hearing this word puts a smile on my face.

Hadouken... Just brilliant.

Slowly followed by soaring dragon sword (Soryuken)
And, I'm not spoiling the magic of hadoken by translating it. Hadouken should not have a meaning other than the blue ball of ownage that it is.
Shinryuken was fun too.

Speaking of hadoken, check out this trailer to street fighter 4:

You might not need to dig your nes out after all, chris.

PS: I just found this. Its quite hilarious actually.

'crouch, crouch forward, walk a little bit, and punch!' - priceless
