Alright, I don't even have a pet when this happened, so it's not mine.

I'm 99% sure it's not supposed to work like this.

Nah, it's a new echo that is given when your mount is low on PE.

That string should be at character and there should be one for around room for X's companion appears to be tired.

Fepel already pointed it out, actually. Let's give it another try. There is an error in the script. It is supposed to be a pecho (so only visible to the owner.) It appears to be a room echo (so one that is visible to all in that room.)
