I believe there is a skill list bug. Helves max dex is 22, but you get a +1 in your prime stat. As a rogue your prime stat is Dex. It looks like your skills are decreasing because you're wearing some heavy armor as a rogue. |

Rogues are a light armor class and you're wearing some heavy armor pieces. Also, half-elves get a plus 1 to their primary attribute: which is dexterity for a rogue. EDIT: Dang, I was beaten to the point! |

help armor2 and looking at your gear will help you determine what you need to replace. Steel as a rogue is a big no-no. |

Your skills, songs and spells take a penalty if you wear armor that is too heavy. |

That's the whole armor penalty. Otherwise we all could wear whatever we wanted. |
