> You walk south. You step into a snare and are suddenly pulled off your feet! A clanging bell announces that a snare has been set off. You cut yourself free. Selkwood Forest Slender trees with a silvery bark grow tall here, their wide Fff crowns adorned with leaves ranging in hue from pale green to pure p*p white. Its branches reach upward towards the sky, swaying p%p gracefully as the wind ruffles them and sends flurries of dry leaves down to towards the forest floor. In between the trees, numerous starfalls grow, their silky star-shaped crowns peeking up through the fallen leaves and grass. A worn trail can be lean leading north and south from here, winding serenely in between the trees. It's raining lightly, mild, and breezy. Obvious exits: n e s w nw ne sw se A large, rounded stone with a small hole in the middle stands here. A clear spring has broken through the ground here, providing life-giving water. A snake drapes itself from a perch nearby. [HP:100%] [ME: 24%] [PE: 36%] > north You are caught in a snare and can't move! |

I don't see the bug. There is many factors on how long you stay snared. Your dex and number of snares is two things, that I can think of. |

He moved into the room. He got snared. He cut himself free. He still can't move. I'm pretty sure that the bug is pretty blatantly obvious. |

Im with Revenger, it just says you cut free immediately, wait a while and you will really cut free. Happened to me. Messaging typo I would guess |

I added some bolding to highlight the bug a bit more clearly. The timing of the cutting-free message is incorrect. One for Dulrik of course, since it's the code. |
