Is dirt suppsoed to count against stoneskin even though it hits a mirror image?

You forgot to edit her name out in the second line.

Whether it's suppose to or not I don't know, but I know mirror images are also consumed even if you "dodge" an attack.

remember a similar post some time ago. D said it was just easier to have it wasted than use checks, it if checked for that kinds stuff he would lower the amount of rounds it lasted.
