I entered the Zhensh embassy and was attacked by the griffon, then walked away and it followed me around Teron, is that supposed to happen? |

One can only guess if you were outlawed in Nerina, & if the griffon was flagged as a Zhensh law NPC. |

All of the embassies in Teron are flagged as the land of whichever embassy it is. You can technically, get attacked by every bounty NPC in Teron. |

If a bounty NPC follows you into foreign territory it will just stun you, though. Not haul you to prison or make you answer for your crimes. So if it chase you out of the embassy, it won't arrest you, just stun you. |

I've been killed by them before in teron, this was years ago however. |

The necrophidius can kill you, with poison/stun. |
