Since these guys were added, they have always seemed, a little buggy at times. Quote: An intimidating sparring partner is here, fighting YOU!
[Health:100][Mana:100][Power: 99][Time:6pm] > w You walk west. I attacked one, then the second and once the second one died, I got that message but never was still in combat but saw that, I walked out then back in, and everything was fine. |

There has always been a brief moment after killing one enemy combatant and moving on to confront another combatant who is already fighting you, in which you're not in combat at all. I think this is the bug you're describing? A bit hard to be sure given the small log snippet. |

I attacked this guy first, then attacked another in the room, once I beat the second one I attacked. Combat stopped, but he was like that. |

If it IS the bug I described, it's a code issue since beta related to the transition of combat from completion of one opponent and moving to the next one ANYWHERE in the mud, and as such has nothing to do with Algorab / Taslamar's newbie zone / the intimidating NPCs. |
