Ok, I am not able to get stuff out of my backpack because I am on another plane, yet wind seriously screws up my day. Can we have a bit of thought go into Etherealform and make some sense with it. |

Not a bug. Neither of those issues sound all that nonsensical to me. Gameplay balance will always be the deciding factor when it could go either way. |

I think it's [REDACTED] how someone with Ethereal up can get themselves outlawed and bring an insane amount of law NPCs to people that are banished and what not. |

I think it's [REDACTED] that Joe Schmo can be outlawed for attacking an enemy tribunal member who -is- banished and outlawed. Can't have everything. |

If you want to play the cop, be a tribunal member. If not, get your friendly cops to pardon your crimes. Getting outlawed to lure law NPCs to others is obviously cheating. |
