I also had the witch doctor medicine belt go around my alt's body today. Is this a bug? Aren't they supposed to still go around your waist?

According to Dulrik, there aren't supposed to be any belt containers. Likely a fix to that.

Either or. Either it counts for armor, or it's a container. It was decided by someone or someones that those should still be containers (for one of them I'd assume that was a religious decision), and thus they are.

Are you sure that when this change was made, Dulrik didn't just do a sweeping search/change that caused ALL container items in the game to be switched from "armor" slots (ie-waist) to be worn about the body? Since the dawn of time there have been a crapload of container items that were worn about the waist, and EVERY SINGLE ONE that I've come across since the change is exactly the same as it was before, except that the wear flag has been switched.

I still think it's kinda dumb, personally.

Dulrik would be a "someone" :p No, actually, I'm not sure.

And once again, no, they cannot be both at the same time. If you'd rather they be armor than a container, perhaps that can be arranged, but whatever the decision regarding an individual piece is, that is the way it stays. I won't be dealing with flipfloppers who just want it changed a certain way to benefit them before the next dude comes along who wants it changed back for themselves.

My point is that there's a LOT of items out there that don't really make sense right now, because they haven't been dealt with on an individual basis, they were dealt with as a mass search/flag-change. I suspect it's going to take a long time to wade through all of the former waist-container items and correct all of them so they make sense.
