You are hungry.
You wake, and sit up.
You writhe in agony from the plague.
Your sickness scratches you.

Complete elimination of HP and mana AND PE regen?!

This effect lasted for 18 ticks. More than magma. More than snare.

Send people a tell for help. There is plenty of time for them to help you :)

Can't send a tell if you have no mana.

The problem is you were sleeping, and the plague effect wakes you up before the regen part of the tick change over. So you switch to a sitting position, then get sitting position regen. It's the same with poison. Rest instead of sleeping and you'll see *some* regen. Not a significant amount, but possibly enough to garner enough ME to call for a priest/gate/whatever.

And being hungry attributes to partial lack of regeneration.

When playing a warrior class they tend to be able to regen some hp and Pe while resting if not hungry and thirsty, and mages are sometimes able to regen ME. I am not sure what controls the regen rate, beyond endurance, fast healing, and meditation/trance, but I think there is something stat involved in this.

On a general level, I'd like to see one of two things:

1) plague and poison not affecting mana regen, or affecting it much less than currently

or

2) personal tells not costing mana

It's not been much of an issue for me ever, but I think it's really frustrating to die and not even be able to tell anyone of your plight.
