You ride a spirit steed south.

Seldavus Road
The broad cobbled area of Exile Cross begins to narrow as it forms Seldavus
Road that runs southward. Water runs down an open gutters edging in a vain
attempt to keep the city clean. The gentle slope of the road levels as it
runs north, to where it opens out into a crowded square. In a careful
construction where the cobbled area is still sufficiently wide, large timber
logs have been set down to form a square border around some freshly dug soil,
its color dark and fertile.
It's cloudy, mild, and very windy.
Obvious exits: n s bank
The corpse of Norimi is lying here.
A pair of small trees rise out of log-bound square of soil.
(Charmed) A spirit steed is here mounted by you.
An earnest priest is here preaching the perils of immorality.

A small boy is here, sweeping the streets.

Pretty sure it's supposed to curb looting and jlooting after PK. At least in law areas.

Hands Syndal a box of Kleenez(tm), a teddy bear, some chocolate, and scoots her off to sit in a corner whimpering "it's not fair...it's not fair." News flash, life isn't fair so why should those that give their time as volunteers to "run" SK make the game fair? Personally, I'd like to see a new crime put into play for this type of crime. She's not stealing from a corpse, she's violating a corpse. Any country that is openly hostile to necros should view this as the same type of icky, give it a death sentence. Honestly, is 1 day in jail that difficult? That's like 1 hour or so. Turn on the tv, grab a book, hit the enter key every so often.

Turon, what do you expect from a pair of [REDACTED] twits who don't do anything in the game except sit around the inns, and get married as soon as possible.
