Quote:
A circle of stones
Amid the amber fields of Taslamar, this small clearing is
\py home to the renowned portal stones, of which several scatter the
f*- realms. Brave souls have been known to utilize the arcane power
ffy that is bound to the stones, travelling to far lands in the blink
of an eye. At almost opposite sides of the clearing, two roads
meander away. To the north a gleaming white watchtower rises out of the
vast grassland that surrounds it. It's snowing lightly, well past
freezing, and very windy.
Obvious exits: n e s w nw ne sw se rift rift
( 2) A magical rift is glowing violently in the mid-air.
A set of rune-inscribed stones frame the center of the clearing here.
(Charmed) A ghostfire warhorse is here mounted by you.
A huge lion with a golden mane stands here proudly.
A Peacekeeper sentinel stands here, impassive eyes cold and watchful.
A dirty male griffon is flying here.

Yeah, Trag, you should probably stop that.

My lion has been doing that forever. Should I not use him because he cannot hit anything nor is hit?

Yes.

I'd think that was honestly sort of obvious.

And it's not the lion, it's what you iz doing to the lion. Guessing MV.

My lion with champ lvl armor was still hitting and getting hit.

I am not sure what it is. I don't use magical vestments. I use protection, armor, bless, prayer, aid, shield, fly and sanctuary though. He used to be able to gank the crap out of things, now he is just in his own world of not being able to get hit or hit things. Guess I will get my old pet again.

I am sorry if it appears as cheating, I was looking after the rifts, and was suprised to be attacked. I did not try to use the code problem in my favor here. Believe it or not. :P

The only spell that might even affect that is armor I think, Trag. Maybe it's just that pet and/or magical vestments that makes things just way too screwy.

I don't know what does it. But I wish it was fixed. I sent a log to three different immortals about this over a month ago. Pertaining to pets and crazy AC ratings that make them unhitable.

Unless an IMM calls it a bug it's not really bug abuse, thus no foul play. Though I could see it being unsavory.
