Alright I'm starting to get really effin mad. Apparently my delf sorc cant hold a charm and gate at the same timewhile standing up now. Ths problem started last night and is contining into today. I took he advise of afew friends and logged out and logged back in. i did it fifteen tomes last night. It didnt work. I logged on just a it ago and tested it out again with te same results. What the hell is going on? I sent a bug log, sent PMs to both Achernar and Dulrik and a log of he problem to Achernar but I'm not getting any response. I want to play the game but as it stands if I run into an enemy Iwill die for sure since I cant hold anything anymore. WTF someone help me out |

Log off and then log back on. lol that really has always worked for me when encountering the concentration bug. Is your intelligence still listed as omniscient under attributes? Also, what affects, if any, are you under? |

Try to get an Imm on you while you are under the bug, also try to find the logs when this started happening so they can target it. Until now they don't have enough information about it, and I've experienced it myself with Ericos. You'll do everyone a great favor. Log out and in, worked for me as well back then. |

Also check to see if your intelligence has been modified. |

It was my int. When dying and loosing exp I had been told it takes away the stat you last put it. They were wrong. It was taking from my int without me realizing this. Thats my main class stat so I guess thats what it takes. I got it fixed but for future referance to all,if you get raised or loose a level and a stat, check EVERYTHING before dumping back in the last thing you put it into the first time |

It takes a stat away from whatever stat is the highest on your character. For example, giant max str is 25, con is 24. if you have 23 str and 24 con when you lose a level, you now have 23 str and 23 con. I am not totally sure on this next part, but if you have two stats tied for the highest, it takes away from the most relevant stat to your class. |

Hrm, I thought it was random, but then again, I've never lost a level on a character before. I thought this was probably what happened to h0l09ram, though. |

I've run into the issue before and sent a PM to Dulrik. His response was that it removed 1 point from a random stat that you have put stat points into previously. This was a few years ago now, but yeah, you want to check all of your stats when you lose a level that was one that earned a stat point. It only occurs on a level that you received a stat point for. The primary thing to remember is to just check your stats if you lose a level on one that you earned a stat point. |

I had always thought it stripped the point from the primary stat for your character class (so you couldn't do like folks did way way back, and change your build by losing random stats until you lost one you wanted to lose). Int for sorc Cha for bard etc |

It's always your main stat, has been for aaaaggeeeesssssssssssssssss. Nothing to do with which one of your stats is the highest, when you lose a level that gave you an attribute train, your main stat gets detracted one point. |
