Been meaning to point out a few bugs with Bards. Not 100 percent certain they are, but that is why we have this forum, right? I am suprised these things exist even after the extensive alpha and beta testing. Persuade: You are supposed to be unable to persuade someone to give you their possessions. However, if you happen to drop a container and persuade them to put it in that container, you can grab the container and have the items. Songs of Death, F minor and B augmenth: A bard can sing these songs without breaking sanctuary. Since they are definetly aggro, it should break sanctuary. Mentor: The experience it costs to learn lyrics from another bard is rediculous. I know it supposed to be hard to learn, but at GM it costs a few ticks for a few lyrics of a higher level songs. In turn, it is super easy for a bard mentor to get his monthly mentorship stat point. I have recieved one every month with the same mentoring I have done on other characters and I never recieved that many stat points. That is all I can think of right now. |

YES. The xp cost on lyrics is horrific. Oh my god. It's like..multiple ticks per song. And this isn't anything but a RP-flavor really. They shouldn't even cost a TICK per song, honestly. |

i find it strange you can persuade the ethereal when you are not, or vise versa. |

Since persuade is nothing more then a Jedi Mind trick, I don't see it as that outrageous. |

I fail to see how putting it in a container is a bug. It's just funny as hell. |

These all seem to be valid points, except the container thing... there's nothing stopping said person from just picking up the container during the persuade lag. |

That is it. I just wanted to make sure it was made as intended. Since the help file says it is impossible to ask a pc to give you their possessions. But with this loophole it is very possible. |
