I was hitting this same elemental in an earlier fight, but obviously didn't do enough damage for me to notice. The air elemental directly before this one was on the ball, so it doesn't seem like they've entirely lost that ability, but maybe during the conjuring something can go wrong and it doesn't come with immunity?
