I'm assuming we're talking about brewing heals and WoR's, as opposed to brewing cure lights? |

No problem, you are a priest, you know what you need to cast a healing spell, you just put it in a bottle mixture instead. |

It doesn't need tested. It is already possible to do this. A blemished priest can brew heal, word of recall, whatever else that he, or she cannot cast while blemished. |
