Shattered Kingdoms

I'm not sure if this is simply related to polymorph, but it appears that trolls have a punch attack yet have claws. I would think they'd have hands, but at any rate the two together seems like an error, I'd imagine.

Edit: And now that I'm paying attention more, I noticed lizardmen are the opposite. They have hands yet attack with claws.

Many of the more monster-like races have claws on their hands. They aren't mutually exclusive.

I guess that makes sense for lizardmen, as I could see long human-like fingers with claws on the end, allowing them to both hold human-type weapons and use their claws when unarmed. But if a troll's fingers are basically so nonexistent that he can only wield talon-hilted weapons, I would think he would choose to claw the heck out of somebody rather than ball those talons into a wimpy fist to punch somebody rather than clawing their eyes out.
