Is this a bug?
I logged in and <Cabal Spell B> was still affecting me, even without our relic.

I imagine that if I release it, I'll be unable to cast it again, but if I just keep it on, is that bug abuse?

Pretty sure this is considered a feature and not bug abuse. At least, that's what I remember coming about from the last time this was posted.

Losing your artifact does not end existing spells. You just can't cast them again until you regain it.
