So I'm sitting on yahoo talking to Algon, and we're both enjoying our damage output when I check my attributes and see this:

Seems a little innocuous. And you say, but Ardith, stat mods exist, don't they?!
And I reply, yes they do. And that's exactly how this bug works, I think, if it can even be replicated, since I haven't tried it again.
So I think this is the moment in question:
Code:
Life 88 Mana 86 Move 48
You pierce at an ancient dwarven warrior's mouth, knocking out a few of his teeth!
You strike suddenly, piercing at his chest! Some GUTS fall!
You pierce at an ancient dwarven warrior's jaw, shearing it with a loud *SNAP*
You puncture an ancient dwarven warrior's windpipe, making a shower of BLOOD!
An ancient dwarven warrior chops at your right wrist, causing a big gash.
A small wreath of ivy's enchantment dissolves as it wears out.
An ancient dwarven warrior chops your forehead, causing a small wound.
Overall, an ancient dwarven warrior looks pretty hurt.
Life 82 Mana 86 Move 48
After that, I removed the stat mod, and junked it. Of course, I didn't notice for a while that my wisdom was still modded. I assume this works in all cases. Wear a stat mod, break it down until the enchantment dissolves, and voila, you don't have to mod the stat anymore.
Unfortunately logging out fixes the problem, but so long as you're logged in, the stat stays modded without the stat mod.
