Trained MR is retained even if you have no body. On the fence on whether or not to call that a bug. |

I don't think that it should be retained. Resisting exorcism should be an act of will. Magic resistance should be based purely on the physical, the training of the body. With the introduction of aura of negation, this seems to change things, as it seems to be a force of will, random as it may be. The barbarian should be in tune with their ancestry, though nothing like a shaman would be. Rewording the help file to read that the aura they gain is through blessing of said ancestry to help protect the spirit warrior against magic, could work. Which could bring up the question of if the barbarian joins a religion, should they keep this skill. I don't know if it would be worth the effort to change. |
