If you never join a faction and retire, then later unretire it gives you an oathbreaker flag. This is a bug that'll prevent you from joining any factions. So everyone needs to be warned about this issue. I confirmed this with an IMM in game, retirement command is buggy atm. |

Not a bug. Dulrik just hasn't announced the new faction named "Retired". |

Does that mean if you retire a char you get an extra forum board and can not join another faction to avoid OOC between faction. I am sure if you un-retire a char and have not been in a faction you would be able to convince an Imm to remove the flag for a work around. The idea of retire is that you can get something back you would otherwise have deleted and gone. I expect fixing it if not simple is not going to be high on the to do list given how many people come back from retirement. |

It's a bug and it'll get fixed next time I do bug fixes. |
