Since it's the cabal's cipher, why don't the trainer teach you all the way to (mastered)? I mean... It's not like it's an active skill that provides an unbalancing benefit by having it mastered... |

No you don't lose your cipher skill and did you check it was written in the cipher language that you know? |

Your cabal cipher skill is removed when you don't have your relic. It isn't "[disabled]" like other skills/spells. It is just straight up removed from your skill list. Quote: Amberdin will teach the following:
