The Juggle skill doesn't seem to improve no matter how I use it.

The PE cost is excessive too for a spammable skill.

Remember when you were able to throw as many daggers in your inventory as possible for an extra hit without any PE cost? That was fun. It wasn't practical for leveling but its useless now.
