SK Character: Whoever isn't being played,
It's been decades now. Will someone please make a instant kill cleave to the head actually cut off the head and not an arm.
I would suggest whatever body part is struck last in battle be the one to be cut off. Naturally.
But we can't be having heads everywhere. Just cause any one person hits you in the face for the kill.
Too unreal. Just fix the cleave please. "This means occasionally someone's head will roll"
"Cleave to head wrenches heart out?

Tribunal leaders should be able to turn city square executions on/off, vs. teleport.
