Had a couple new toons for a week and a few days now, neither have gotten an email verification. I've used different emails and all. |

I'm guessing it has something to do with the SPF and DKIM. Email sent from mud.shatteredkingdoms.org(74.208.250.21) isn't being recognized by emails valid from shatteredkingdoms.org(mail.vividnet.com 104.192.4.221) I'm guessing someone set it up at one point, but some configuration changed and it stopped working. The system kept on working until mail servers started blacklisting it. See attached pic https://imgur.com/QZuFE3K |

How to bypass spam filter for no-reply@shatteredkingdoms.org 1) Go to Gmail 2) Click cog on top right corner 3) Click See All Settings 4) Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses 5) Click Create new filter 6) Under From put: shatteredkingdoms.org 7) Click Create Filter  Check "Never send it to spam"Also add no-reply@shatteredkingdoms.org to your contacts. These two settings to bypass the spam filter because the contents of the emails being sent out is classified as spam. |

Same for me. It's a gmail issue. Seems like they're getting filtered before they even touch the inbox so can't pull them out of the spam folder. |

Having this issue as well, tried it with gmail and outlook and never receive the email confirmation. Checked all the folders including spam, no email. |
