Now all you have to do is type "whog" and only see the people who
have greeted you! Sorry, it still returns annoying non-wizinvis
immortals, paragons and people who have auto anonymous turned off.

Adding these two lines under:
#TRIGGER {~[--- ---~]} {#GAG;#add skippedplayer 1 gagungreeted}
should fix your paragon and immortal problem. and what's the problem with people who have auto anonymous turned off? if you see their class, then you've greeted them...

Oh, and Paragons that have auto anonymous turned off will be returned, so...if you use these two lines and want to see Paragons you've greeted, you'll need to somehow convince them to turn off auto anonymous, greet you again, then turn it back on if they want. i could add 13 more lines to gag every paragon, but i don't think that's wanted.
