Hi

So I'm an OS X user and I've come across Mudlet which seems to be a nice client. It bothers me though that I can't find any scripts, and those posted here aren't supported? Scripts I'm particularly interested in would be the stock-package that comes with CMud, that Finney made, and also Rennus' word replacement script.

Mudlet uses LUA. Does anyone know if there is any easy way to convert Zmud and Cmud scripts to LUA? Or do I have to run a very slow version of Zmud in Wine, which is also quite bothersome to install/compile just for one program. I'm open for suggestions so that I can get pleasure from these scripts as well :)

Cheers.

There is a forum on the mudlet side that has some scripting examples. Sadly you will likely have to find the script that matches triggers then get to cutting up the scripts you want and pasting them into suitable places. Just remember scripts you may get from their site might be not acceptable for SK. I cant help you more than that today work is calling me. Ill see if I can find the basic trigger script and give you an example to work from.

Yea, I've been looking around in the mudlet forum, but the script packages there seem to be for specific muds and not just some basic packs with targeting scripts, highlighting, word replacing etc. I guess I should read the manual myself and work something out, buut I'm not exactly a programming genious... Hmm or I just play the mud being gimped. Le whine.

:drunk:

LUA is pretty easy to pick up. I have faith in your abilities.
