Unlike the old way of doing favorite quotes, where there was a single thread that ran for hundreds of pages, it now has an entire dedicated forum. You should start a new thread for each quote. Replies will no longer get mixed together with subsequent quotes.

Friendly jesting is okay in this forum, but nothing cruel or derogatory will be allowed. This forum is moderated. Posts may be removed at the discretion of the moderators.

While I do want to add that separate threads for each quote is still preferred, there will also be a megathread where people can throw their quick quotes willy nilly.

A good guideline would be if you think a quote is going to generate a ton of discussion or interest, go ahead and make it it's own thread so it doesn't overwhelm the more general back and forth of the mega thread. If any of us ends up misjudging the popularity of a quote, it's perfectly acceptable for someone to create a new thread to feature that quote to keep the megathread moving along smoothly.

Just use your best judgement.
