Citizens of Taslamar,

First let me praise Sir Karsh's work as Justiciar, he has tiredlessly
faught the undead plaque and kept a vigilant eye on any signs of
disorder within our lands. I can only hope to serve Taslamar as
well as he has, which gets me to my next point.

It is my great honor to accept the position of Justiciar as appointed
by Queen Serena. I have long served within the peacekeeper guard
and led the hammer of light, but I am now charged with the duties
and responsibilities of Justiciar. During my time as a peacekeeper, I
have learned that maintaining order is only part of our duties. We
tirelessly protect citizens and visitors alike from the tyranny of evil
that threatens to consume these realms. But what evil is not, is
chaos, and we have mistakenly treated them the same. So from this
day hence forth, I am cancelling the banishment issued on those who
serve Lord Marfik. Now do not think we have not learned to treat
those who value chaos with caution, for they have betrayed our
trust in the past, but I believe they can support the light as much
as they could darkness, and to cast them aside will only force them
into darkness. So I renew Taslamar's dedication to freedom for
those who also value it. Darkness will remain unwelcomed in
Taslamar. So let it be a warning to those who seek evil, do not come
to Taslamar. I will also cast my own feelings aside and offer a truce
to those who wish peace. Moorb already came forward and I have
pardoned him for his transgressions. I will also offer the same to
others, as well as long time banished folks like Taran. I also declare
Findill's honor restored. Even though he was removed as a peace-
keeper, he did so for the right reasons, when he felt his position
conflicted with his other duties. I pray for all our future and hope
prosperity and peace will find Taslamar.
