Nah, Its wasn't that. It was because the prompt appeared after you healed.

You know, I was thinking about it just after I posted that. I purposely cast vampiric touch in between rounds so I could see if I got taken down. I then deleted the promps to cut down on log size. (After checking to see if my HP actually dropped) :P Prolly should have left the log alone... but oh well...
