Is that meant to be an attack on my example? If so it has no relevance in regards to the point I was making.

As many of our southern neighbors have proven, you do not need a passport to enter the us.

I was not "attacking" your example but in all of them you either show ID or pay to get in. Maybe it would be simpler if when you enter a tribunal or cabal you are branded so all you have to do is show brand guard-thing. This way if you are speech impaired (deaf or drunk) it dose not matter.

I understand the bouncer analogy, but I don't believe it can be applied as broadly as suggested. For example, I as a US citizen, can cross into Mexico and drink myself blind. As I'm crossing the boarder back into the US, the boarder guards can't prevent me from crossing because I'm too drunk.

Try it sometime, see how well that works out for you. They may not be able to completely deny you, but they sure can delay you for a LONG time.

I agree, in some instances slurring should be overlooked (harlies).

Harlies should HAVE to slur to get in.

I did that, got drunk twice in this border town, Palomas.. disgusting place. I had no problems, getting back.. think it was that I didn't have bags or anything, just parked my car on THIS SIDE of the border (Be cautious driving your car there, might not be able to bring it back). Minimal baggage will bring you less drama.

And also liver failure. The higher your resistance is, the higher your chance should be of dropping dead of multiple organ failure.

MOF for the win!
