I have just noticed, that i need almost half hour (in real world) for regen my Ep. Walking is a pain in the [REDACTED], exploring new areas as well, because of the same reason: 2 minutes active playing requires 30 minutes sleeping.
What about bash, and other skills? 1 minute sleeping regenerates Ep for one bash.
So I figured there are probably refresh potions in game, but i wasn't able to find them. Where can i buy the potions?
Thanks for answer!

I do not beleive that there will be any IC information devulged on the fourms, but when I was last playing (about 3 years ago) I dont recall there being any low level, vastly available, potions of refresh. But potions are not the only way to get refresh.

Go exploring with a shaman, priest or pally - All have the refresh spell.
Go exploring with a scout leading you - They have pathfinding which reduces your PE usage
By refresh herbs off scouts (they are fairly low level I beleive, but its been a LONG time since I last used herbs)
Go exporing with a warlock, mage and have them cast fly on you
Go exporing with a mount (or better yet, a flying mount)
etc...

Also, make use of the portal stones that are outside the five "capitals" of the kingdoms. Ask someone in an Inn where they are and they should give you directions.

Also make sure you are on speed walk instead of speed run.

And try to get the endurance skill as soon as possible.

And never stay hungry/thirsty when you wait to regen anything(HP/ME/PE) since the regen rate really goes down if you are hungry and/or thirsty.

It is very tough to explore on foot at low levels. The best thing you can do is buy a mount. Every main city has at least one place to buy pets that you can ride for 1-2 platinum.

This will help you with getting from place to place as well as let you take on more/tougher opponents if you have the mount fight with you and most horse-type pets can bash open doors or bash down magic-using opponents (order <pet> bash <target>)

Almost everything has been said, but what I would say is most important is to ensure that you bring a decent amount of food and water everywhere you go, making sure to refill at every chance you get, and also use the portal stones to travel between cities.

Make sure that you are resting/sleeping in order to recover your PE as well, and if possible, rest or sleep in an inn at one of the major cities, which increases your regeneration rate.

Also, try to advance at least a few levels before you go out exploring too much. Your HP, mana and PE max will increase with level as well.

In short, make sure to bring food and water, use the portal stones, rest or sleep whenever you need, and if possible, buy a mount. If you do buy a mount though, make sure that you log off in the same room as the mount, or else it will be gone when you log back in.

Endurance is valuable, but because you mentioned the bash issue, I'm going to offer this advice:

DON'T ATTEMPT TO USE BASH CONSISTENTLY UNTIL YOU ARE ABOUT LEVEL 30.

Bash takes a certain amount of pe to pull off, and at lower levels, will completely WRECK your pe pool. I believe on a human merc or barb, around level 20 it will still take about 8-10% per bash. It's actually a waste of training time, especially if you're trying to keep a spellcasting NPC down, and need to bash them three times in the duration of a fight.

So, the alternative to this, is to either get a pet and order them to bash for you, or simply fight NPCs that don't cast spells and don't require physical skill use to survive.

Thanks for the answers.
I basically got 3 advices: dont use your skills, dont explore areas, use pet.
Lets see.
Dont explore on low level?
But the familiarity system force me to do it! So i do. But the exploring isnt exciting at all, thanks to Ep regen... It is boring and painful.
Get endurance as fast as possible? I am trying but it is journeyman skill...
Ep regen let me use 1 bash/ minute (if i can sleep at every tick), and i have to use bash else each and every monster do something bad with me. If nothing else, they dirt kick me so i need to sleep one tick anyway. This forces me to live without endurance for long, long, long time.

Dont use bash, Kill NPCs what dont cast spells and dont need to bash them?
Yeah! More exploring (sleeping), what i shouldn't do anyway.

Explore with a shaman?
I started in the Empire, and in the first 24 hours i havent seen a player at all. Later, i met some players, they spoke different language. Yes, i can learn those languages. All i need is xp, means more sleeping, more boring.
By the way, when i got poisoned (by my own watercontainer what i filled at fountain) i wasnt able to ask help from players , and NPC healer (priest of order) taken ALL my money but didnt cure my poison and the poison didnt wear off after 1 real hour waiting. I had to suicide self (!) for get rid of poison.

I guess, i will try to get a mount, and use it for bash. I wanted to do it alredy, but know what? Exploring a town is slow, boring and frustrating as well, with lots of sleeping. (Even more sleeping, because merchants dont work at night). I believe you havent noticed it, because you dont explore, you know it alredy.

You should rid of that container already. It has got the poison itself, and every time you refil it, the liquid will get poisoned too. Also, there might be a chance that the armor you wear, despite its low level, may have some enchants that will resist the NPC's healing spell, so just to make sure, you'd better remove your equipment before you pay your last gold for a life-saver spell that may be resisted.
