A mottled male griffon says to an unibrowed male human 'As in a few mnmfnts, I'm going to harm this man.'

An unibrowed male human shrugs.

You raise an eyebrow at the notion.

An unibrowed male human looks at you.

A mottled male griffon claws a heavy imperial warhorse's chest, cutting a small but painful, wound.

Thinking back, you remember witnessing the following crimes...

1. *Attempted mugging of Essuru by you in Taslamar.

Ok, this is my character's own memory and was attacked by a non peacekeeper (as he used another cabal technique) and killed my horse, then was going to attack me in which i escaped. So, the question is, how the heck does my own memory say i tried to mug him when he blatantly attacked me first?

Is it just me or does something not seem right about this?

Ok so it's alright for them to attack me wide open but if i'm behind my mount it's automatically my fault? That's a bit bogus..I mean what's the point of even having something to protect a caster if someone that attacks you and fails to kill you can just turn around and report you? Seems to me that the code should be updated to prevent that.

Now you should have a memory of him for attacking your charmie unless it only counts for landing blows against you.

No one ever said the law system was perfect. There are flaws to it, loopholes that people can exploit. It means you find ways to deal with it in character.

Attempted mugging is mode stun, attempted murder is mode kill. It looks like his pet was on stun and he still got the crime, which seems like a bug.

Normally I've not been a jerk as of late. But I feel compelled to remind people that this is a game and not real life. In real life there are loop holes to be exploited in a law system. But this is a game - and it should be fair.

Thus, the attacker here should be able to be reported for a crime.

A game is supposed to be fun, entertaining, whatever.

Are we looking for realism here, or entertainment? I'm starting to get the two confused here.
