I think dual membership only makes any sense if CRS moved to cities instead of cabals.

No. CRS stays with cabals. Cabals have relics, tribunals have cities.

I think CRS should move to deletion. That would be really cool.

Because you suck at it?

I like this idea, but I think it should be a rarity, not an everyone thing.

It would be better if "CRS"-style mechanics muled over to Tribunals. For example, Taslamar can capture Empire's forts, or stables. Seriously hampering Empire's economy. While in occupation, Taslamar gains a boost to their own economy, or maybe better + cheaper horses. Or perhaps each Kingdom can produce something of their own specialty, Zhensh could be weapons, Empire horses, etc..

So we play shattered 'kingdoms' not shattered 'cabals'.

Ok, I love you guys, but you're very, very silly. This change seriously punishes leaders with a direct prejudice against tribunal leaders. I can tell you right now, if this were implemented today, I'd drop my leader flag tomorrow. Why? It's because not only would I have to deal with the fact that I don't get the special new treat, but now other people can use all my fun little tricks along with getting a second membership. And to top it off, I'd have to deal with a revolving door of people, many of which will only use a tribunal how they please until they're either kicked out or the tribunal stops being useful.

This isn't even taking into account the MC cabunal problem, which would obviously need to be addressed, but if leaders can't be a part of a second group, you've virtually hand cuffed them. No example of that hand cuff will come out clearer than how lieutenants will be able to manhandle tribunals.

Yes. The leadership will be pretty unappealing. But folks will still end up taking the positions. Lieutenant will be more appealing. Perhaps leaders should get some kind of extra perk in this instance, but they really *they* control the lieutenants. I'd rather leadership be a chore shared by all the experienced members of a faction rather than one or two people. Leaders would organize their lieutenants and even perhaps have ambassadors to each country they are allied with.

You know, I'm not totally averse to city raids. I have been resistant to it, I just think that there needs to be some major changes made to tribunal NPCs and the main cities before such things could take place. I've been pushing for tribunal NPCs to be a little less intense in general, but its really not easy to do across the board. How do you make things relatively equal strength without making them congruent in every way? I don't like that and I think if anything we've learned that much from how CRS was implemented.

Personally, I don't know why the cabal HQ's have to remain in this rigid format they are in. I wish that the headquarters were closer to what they used to be AND had relics you could take. I wish there were more I could do to help. What am I able to do to fix the majority of these problems? I will agree that the system needs major revision to be successful. I guess a defeatist would say to remove it instead of trying to accomplish something worthwhile with patient revision after revision.

If you implement your ideas, I think as a boon to the leadership of the cabal and give more fluidity to the cabals is that the leadership of the cabal can take and wear their relic. By doing so gives the party that he is in a huge boon of some kind (stat bumps, unique resistances, etc). The obvious advantage is that it makes the leaders and the party more powerful in combat. It also gets the relic out of the cabal HQ. The downside is that anyone could take the relic by killing the person with it. With that said, give each cabal leader the capability to always know where their relic is.
