Here's an idea:

Put the focus on the new city (can't spell). Place the newbie school where the necromancer training halls are near the Moot. That way, you're looking at all newbies starting in the proper city.

Make the Inn there an actual Inn.

There are some actual nice shops in the new city, but yes, I think a good armor shop would make it fantastic.

I'd like to think that we're at least somewhat respectful of tradition and a sense of continuity these days, yes. I can't speak for any previous IMMs to whose actions you might be referring.

p.s. I've been KD of the Northern Wastes for a total of about 36 hours. Cut me some slack. Changes worth making aren't going to happen quite literally overnight, and I do welcome everyone's input here.

I have noticed the NPCs of the city make there one undead, a guard drags a body from the tower place, to the temple, XXX animates corpse, and undead adds to city defense! What more could you want!

The way you went about replying to others here was more of what my comments were directed towards, and I don't recall saying I hated you, just didn't have a high opinion of you, now if you want to be hated just act more like Alshain.
