Avinal was the offspring of Travorn and Nalia, and older brother to Mariella. Most of his life held a resentment towards his father which stemmed from The offspring's mother dying after Mar was born and Travorn transferred his attention to Mar. Like everyone else, Avinal loved and hated his sister at the same time. She had no problems infuriating him, but at the same time, being calm and caring when she realized she had gone too far. After Mar died, he became quiet and withdrawn more than usual.
Ilvanor was the twin sibling of Krenishka, being Avinal and Ceridwen's children. Their entire beginning life was highly sheltered and secreted even from their closest friends due to the resemblance Avinal had to Vorak. Avinal feared that someone would mistake him for being the dark knight and attempt to follow him home and do something to his children. Ilvanor came to resent Avinal for this. He never really understood why his father would do this to him and his sister, but he didn't let it actually get to him. Ilvanor was vindictive when he felt he was slighted, which had calmed down over time due to the influence of the Aludran faith. The heron totem had accepted him and he strove in his life to always try and listen to his instincts. When he went against them, it would always hit him hard, to the point where he would actually want death.
Aevinar came into being in a small village within Ayamao in the east, near the Taslamar, Uxmaln and Zhenshi borders. Time and again, dark rode through, followed by the light and always destruction laid its path throughout. Aevinar had always been one to want to protect the innocent and felt a calling to a higher power. When he came of age, he went to Sith'a'niel and sought out where his calling would take him. While he respected his brethren within the Truth and Courage faiths, he didn't like their zealous methods. He felt that a paladin should display Compassion foremost, so that is where he sought his life. He met with Lirimaer and pledged himself to Aludra soon after enrolling into training. He knew that he would never be as blessed as others. His life being a long, arduous test, but it was not one that he shied away from. Friend or foe or deep-elf, he showed the same respect for all, despite their reaction to him. As time went on, he loved his goddess without question, but felt that he was more suited for the quiet, out of the way villages rather than the bustle of city life. He saw the importance of the defense of a city like Sith'a'niel, he felt that protecting and caring for a new generation was more important where there was little protection or healers.
