Alright. Due to some certain circumstances that happened, I believe auto surrender shouldn't take you down to 0% hp. I mean it's like surrendering to the cops, and they beat you anyways. (lol at bad example.)
Anyways. There's a character who found a nice way to exploit the jail / law system. Learned it today. Basically he stole from someone and got himself thrown in jail. After that, he sits there, rests up, and anyone that comes in fresh, he backstabs. Apparently, attempted murder in Nerina allows you to keep your weapons.
So I propose a change to the system IF possible to avoid exploitation of this. Basically the character said nothing and kills people indiscriminately without a word. (Easy since he's a rogue. Backstab sleeping person that just comes. Boom insta death.) Even at kill naked, they can potentially one shot a GM this way.
If it's possible, when you're put in jail. They should confinscate your weapon at all times. That would solve a lot of this as I had two trips to the river in a very short time due to the same guy. I went to report him after he killed me, only to be immediately thrown back in jail, and killed again. Same backstab stuff with no RP. Didnt even speak to a ghost. What do you guys think?
A: Have the law enforcement confiscate weapons for any crime.
B. Fix it so auto surrendering doesn't slam you down to 0%.
or C. Leave it as is. (Aka wert option.)
Just to explain again what this guy is doing. They're sitting in jail, killing anyone that enters without RP, looting their corpse. If the same person gets thrown in jail again, they apparently don't care as they kill them again. Is the law system intended to work like this? (Please don't flame or say I'm whining. It is a legitimate question and I've never seen this done until now.)
