A few more fixes went in including combat casting and added a room echo for when people regain footing from prone.

I'd laugh but I have no idea how you are getting this impression. Absolutely no changes to the benefits of haste. I did make changes to fatigue, but that doesn't seem to be what you are asking about.

Guess I'm imagining things, though I don't seem to be getting the bonus attack from haste, even with like the fastest weapon in the game. Granted it's only "strong" level haste, I thought that was strong enough though.
